Zahnia Harut, a Minnesota Native has a focus on culturally competent healthcare for over ten years. With her Bachelors in Nursing and emphasis as a Public Health Nurse, she has a broad range of experience from emergency nursing to senior living care. She is currently pursuing advanced studies in the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Master's Degree.
In addition to creating her own efficient systems in the home healthcare field, Zahnia is a fierce advocate for Black & Brown communities and leads various efforts, such as being the Board Chair of Residential Providers of Minnesota, a Black-led nonprofit of over 200+ members who are all home and community-based services providers and serving on the Waiver Reimagine Committee- A committee that serves to advise on the future of disability services in Minnesota.
Zahnia enjoys creating unique solutions, no matter the challenge. From balancing motherhood while in the most rigorous nursing programs in the state, to leading four growing businesses at once, she believes all women, no matter their identity, can succeed with the right support and strategic plan.
