make the impact and income you were created for, DOING WORK THAT MATTERS in your community
Hey, I’m Zahnia HARUT
GROWTH advisor for driven HOME & COMmunity-based healthcare providers and aspiring entrepreneurs
As a Public Health Nurse who transitioned into running my own rapid growth multi-7 figure community-based healthcare company based in Minnesota, I’m here to help you navigate the complexities of starting, growing, and profitably running a meaningful, and impactful healthcare business on your terms.
If you’re looking to shortcut the learning curve in your business so you can:
Get licensed as an Assisted Living or Integrative Community Support (ICS) provider
Know how to successfully and profitably run an ICS Program
Navigate decisions around Real Estate, creating Supportive Housing, Team Management, Financial Literacy, Systems Creation, Community Wealth Building etc.
And do it all whilst building a lifestyle that supports YOU and the communities you care about, leaving nobody behind.
Then you’re in the right place.
HOW I CAN HELP
So you’ve got an ICS License - now what? How do you successfully run the program, and do it profitably, without having to jump through compliance hoops and become fluent in legalese to figure out your simple, next steps to getting started?
That’s exactly why I teamed up with David Holt from Holt Law to show you exactly how to get up and running with an ICS program in the ICS Master Training Course
If you’re an established Home or Community-Based Healthcare provider looking to fast-track your business growth by expanding operations into a different license, open new facilities or set your current operations up to run with less friction - I can help.
Whether you’re looking to pick my brains, or are ready to partner with an advisor who can help you shortcut the climb - we’ve got options.
